In a team setting out to change the world for the better, craftsmen of both bends must be allowed participation in. Artists tend to be of the freer soul, more in touch with the source, less wary of the fears and more prone to capture and nurture abstract thoughts. Deriving inspiration from an external environment, the artists uses empathy to visualize interconnections, many of which are seemingly in the realms of the impossible. The engineer and the scientists then take such ideas and bring them closer to the perceived reality. The artist is a risk taker, chasing glory, channeling a desire to have lasting impact. The engineer usually risk-averse remains grounded. In a life well lives, one can aspire to be both but not without garnering the flow of thoughts at will, and to do that close monitoring of thoughts is a must.

On Limitations of language.

If there is anything that I have learned closely over the last 3 years, it is possibly the art of listening to silence. My first revelations came from the book by Eckhart Tolle. He has a beautiful way of guiding the reader in self exploration of thoughts, the mind and...

One can argue that when it comes to marketing, the two eras can be classified as the one before FB came about and the one after @facebook came about. The inflection point, probably lies somewhere around 2009, by the time FB had a critical mass of users to begin...
